Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your DeisBikes account at any time.

In the app

1. End any ride in progress.
2. Open Profile and tap Delete Account, then confirm. It takes effect right away.

By email

If you can't use the app, email deisbikes-support@brandeis.edu from the email address you use to sign in. We'll confirm once it's done, normally within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, phone number and sign-in, so you can no longer sign in.
• The start and end locations of your rides, and the text and photos of reports you filed.

What we keep

Ride and report records without your name or locations, for safety, damage and theft investigations and aggregate reporting to Brandeis.
